The composite material department is mainly engaged in the development and production of carbon fiber, glass fiber, quarts fiber and kevlar fiber.
R& D ability: The department has application center, structure design, mechanical analysis, process making, mould making, production, assembly, finished product test. Four key technologies: Thermal pressing forming, expansion forming, die forming and RTM process.
Production facilities: 20000m2, workshop, 2500m2 purification room, 5000m2 office, monthly production is 3000 pieces and also more than 100 sets of equipment such as autoclave, press, vacuum oven and NCN milling etc.
Test ability: R& D test lab for composite material and with such test equipment as universal tester, curing press, ultrasonic fault detector, muffle furnace, Barclay hardness tester, metalloscope and viscometer etc.
